I have worked within Construction since leaving school and worked my way up into a supervisory position then on to a management position in my mid 20s. I have worked with many different contractors from small local firms to nationwide main contractors. I then founded PCL 2015 with the help of my partner Sarah, we have gained many major groundwork packages and have established great working relationships with contractors over the North West. PCL has grown from strength to strength over the years.

SARAH SALISBURY
HEALTH & SAFETY CONSULTANT
I run performance civils with my partner Mark who set up the company in 2015. My background is originally accounts and finance. I then went on to do a BsC with Honours in Construction Management, graduating in 2019. I also ventured into Health & Safety having qualified in Nebosh. This enables me teach all areas of health and safety such as Manual Handling, First Aid, Fire Safety and Mental Health first aid and many more as I obtained my AET. I also offer full health and safety packages to companies, this includes policies, audits and training on a freelance basis.
